(A) TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF RESIDENTS OF RESIDENTIAL AND NURSING HOMES IN ANY MANNER WHICH NOW IS OR HEREAFTER MAY BE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE (B) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY (1) INFORMING THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED BY RESIDENTS OF RESIDENTIAL AND NURSING HOMES AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS (2) PROVIDING TRAINING AND ADVICE FOR ANY STAFF INVOLVED IN LOOKING AFTER OR CARING FOR RESIDENTS OF RESIDENTIAL AND NURSING HOMES
