IN PARTICULAR TO PERPETUATE THE MEMORY OF LEONARD SAINER BY FURTHERING EDUCATION, LEARNING AND RESEARCH SPECIFICALLY BY PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS LOANS OR OTHER FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO STUDENTS INTENDING TO PRACTICE AS SOLICITORS OR BARRISTERS.
