our clients come from a broad group of indivuals from the local community including young people, elderly people, people with disabilies people providing social welfare through advice and information service with clients and also one to one interaction with clients, through eduacation,training,job club arts and crafts youth provision including sports, lesiure, indoor and outdoor activities.

(1) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS AND IN PARTICULAR YOUNG PERSONS OF BANGLADESHI ORIGIN BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE CONTAINING FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR YOUNG PERSONS UP TO 21 YEARS OF AGE WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE (2) TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AMONG THE INHABITANTS OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS AND IN PARTICULAR YOUNG PERSONS OF BANGLADESHI ORIGIN BY PROVIDING INFORMATION ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE (3) TO PROMOTE GOOD RACE RELATIONS IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF TOWER HAMLETS BY ENDEAVOURING TO ELIMINATE DISCRIMINATION ON GROUNDS OF RACE AND ENCOURAGING EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY BETWEEN PERSONS OF DIFFERENT RACIAL GROUPS
