TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN AND IN PARTICULAR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS BY:- A) PROVIDING SAFE, STIMULATING AND SATISFYING GROUP PLAY, IN WHICH PARENTS TAKE PART IF APPROPRIATE, AND B) ENCOURAGING OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES THROUGH WHICH PARENTS MAY HELP THE CHILDREN.
