TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR THE YOUTH IN THE LOWER GRANGE AND ALLERTON AREAS OF BRADFORD IN SUCH MANNER AS MAY BE CHARITABLE AND IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT AS TO LIMIT THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING TO PROMOTE POSITIVE ACTIVITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATIONAND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION.
