Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND TO RELIEVE THE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF PEOPLE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF ILLNESS OR DISABILITY BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, GOODS OR SERVICES AND, IN PARTICULAR, THOSE WHO ARE ALSO ELDERLY INCLUDING IN ORDER TO ENABLE THEM TO BE CARED FOR EITHER IN THEIR OWN HOMES OR IN A REGISTERED NURSING OR CARE HOME.
