PROMOTION OF ANY PURPOSE WHICH IS RECOGNISED AS CHARITABLE UNDER THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE VILLAGERS OF AMALIA IN INDIA AND THEIR DESCENDANTS OR FORMER INHABITANTS OF AMALIA AND THEIR DESCENDANTS WHETHER RESIDING IN INDIA OR ANY PART OF THE WORLD,AND IN PARTICULAR BUT WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING;1.FOR THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS,AND 2.THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND FURTHERANCE OF THE ISLAMIC RELIGION.
