Activities - how the charity spends its money
To relieve distress and promote mental health and wellbeing in local people experiencing emotional or psychological suffering by providing counselling and related services, and training and educating adults in counselling and related areas. We have centres in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud and Lydney, staffed by around 35 staff and over 100 volunteers. We also run a series of workshops for CPD.
