TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND FOR THE BETTER PRESERVATION OF PUBLIC ORDER THE PROVISION OF SERVICES DIRECTED TOWARDS MEDIATION, CONCILIATION OR REPARATION BETWEEN PERSONS, ORGANISATIONS OR GROUPS WHO ARE INVOLVED IN DISPUTES ARISING FROM CRIMINAL ACTIVITY OR INTERPERSONAL CONFLICT.
