HELPING IN ANY WAY, AND ESPECIALLY BY GRANT OF MONEY OR IN KIND, SUCH PERSONS OF BRITISH OR OTHER NATIONALITY WHO SERVED WITH OR RENDERED ASSISTANCE EITHER TO THE SPECIAL FORCES OF THE CROWN OR TO ORGANISED RESISTANCE IN ENEMY-OCCUPIED TERRITORIES DURING THE YEARS 1939 TO 1945 INCLUSIVE OR ANY RELATIVES OR DEPENDANTS OF SUCH PERSONS IN SUCH MANNER AND ON SUCH TERMS AND SUBJECT TO SUCH CONDITIONS (IF ANY) AS THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
