TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE THE STUDY OF THE WELSH LANGUAGE, LITERATURE, CULTURE AND HERITAGE AT CYFARTHA HIGH SCHOOL, MERTHYR TYDFIL IN THE COUNTY OF MID GLAMORGSN OR ANY SCHOOL WHICH MAY SUCCEED OR REPLACE THE SAME BOTH WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF THE SCHOOL AND IN A RANGE OF EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES AND VENTURES.
