TO PROVIDE OR CONTRIBUTE TO THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AT THORPE HOUSE SCHOOL FOR ANY CHILDREN WHO IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES WOULD BENEFIT FROM BEING EDUCATED OR CONTINUING TO BE EDUCATED THERE BUT WHOSE PARENTS BY REASON OF FINANCIAL NECESSITY WOULD BE UNABLE TO PROVIDE OR CONTINUE TO PROVIDE THE FULL FEES THEREOF.
