TO PROMOTE GOOD CITIZENSHIP BY THE PROVISION OF AWARDS TO YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE VILLAGES OF WHEATLEY AND LITTLEWORTH IN OXFORDSHIRE AND OF AN ANNUAL MEMORIAL PRIZE TO A PUPIL OF WHEATLEY PARK SCHOOL IN RECOGNITION OF THEIR CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS IMPROVING THE LIVES OF OTHERS THROUGH VOLUNTARY WORK IN THE COMMUNITY.
