Charitable objects

I. The Charity provides help and assistance for the benefit of individuals with links to the Parish of Upton, near Newark on Trent II. The Charity primarily exists to provide and maintain Housing within the Parish. III. Qualifying Individuals shall be current/previous inhabitants of the Parish of Upton or be born in or have had a long standing connection with the Parish IV. Any potential resident shall be subject to approval by the Commissioners before agreement to any tenancy .
