WITHIN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF WANDSWORTH TO (I) RELIEVE THE POVERTY OF ELDERLY PERSONS AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF SUCH ELDERLY PERSONS; (II) TO RELIEVE THE POVERTY OF HOMELESS PERSONS; (III) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; (IV) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN BELOW STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE; (V) TO RELIEVE SICKNESS PARTICULARLY AMONGST ELDERLY PEOPLE AND HOMELESS PERSONS IN NEED;
