TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AMONGST THE PUBLIC IN THE CENTRAL AND EASTERN AREAS OF ENGLAND IN ALL ASPECTS OF PERSONAL FINANCE AND MONEY MANAGEMENT AND IN PARTICULAR MATTERS PERTAINING TO CREDIT UNIONS AND THEIR POTENTIAL ROLE IN RELIEVING POVERTY AND TO PROVIDE EDUCATION AND TRAINING TO THE PUBLIC IN THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PERTINENT TO THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF CREDIT UNIONS TO RELIEVE POVERTY AMONGST COMMUNITIES IN THE SAID AREAS OF BENEFIT WHICH ARE IN NEED OF SUCH RELIEF BY ADVISING NEEDY INDIVIDUALS IN THOSE SAME SAID AREAS OF BENEFIT TO ESTABLISH AND MANAGE CREDIT UNIONS
