Charitable objects
TO ORGANISE OR PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE ORGANISATION AND PROVISION OF FACILITIES WHICH WILL ENABLE BOYS AND GIRLS IN KILLINGWORTH AND OUTLAYING DISTRICTS WITHIN A 5 MILE RADIUS OF THE TOWN CENTRE TO PLAY ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL OR OTHER GAMES OR SPORTS AND THEREBY TO ASSIST IN ENSURING THAT DUE ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH BOYS AND GIRLS AS WELL AS TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND OCCUPATION OF THEIR MINDS.
