THE OBJECT FOR WHICH FAIRDEAL IS ESTABLISHED IS TO RELIEVE PERSONS WITH PHYSICAL DISABILITIES,LEARNING DIFFICULTIES,SENSORY IMPAIRMENTS,MENTAL ILL-HEALTH AND ELDERLY PEOPLE WHO ARE DISABLED IN LEICESTERSHIRE WHO ARE IN CIRCUMSTANCES OF NEED AND HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS WHEREBY SUCH PERSONS CAN SECURE BY ADVOCACY THE PROVISION OF APPROPRIATE CARE,EDUCATION AND OTHER RELEVANT SERVICES.
