TO ASSIST WITH THE PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG PEOPLE THROUGH LEISURE-TIME AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES TO ENHANCE THEIR SPIRITUAL MORAL CULTURAL MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELLBEING THAT THEY MAY GROW TO THEIR FULL POTENTIAL AS MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED BY THE ESTABLISHMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF CLUBS AND OTHER GROUPS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE INCLUDING BOYS GIRLS AND YOUTH CLUBS THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY OF OXFORDSHIRE
