The Joint Management Committee, is a non profit making organisation that manages the Hoylake Community Centre as a centre for the benefit of the local populace. Activities held here include educational classes, physical education classes, dance, theatrical, musical groups. The centre also provides a soft play sensory room for people of all ages with special needs.

Charitable objects
1) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE HOYLAKE AREA WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS. 2) ESTABLISHMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF A YOUTH AND COMMUNITY CENTRE.
