Activities - how the charity spends its money

In accordance with the terms of the Trust , the available income is applied to a specified church. The Trustees are satisfied that these purposes remain charitable and for the public benefit, being the advancement of religion. The Trustees have complied with the duty in Section 4 of the Charity Act 2006 to have due regard to public benefit guidance published by the Charity Commission.
