FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A NATURE RESERVE AT WRABNESS IN ESSEX AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND IN PARTICULAR THE DISABLED HANDICAPPED AND ELDERLY AND THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN SUCH RESERVE FOR THE OBSERVATION AND STUDY OF THE FLORA AND FAUNA RELATIVE TO THE AREA.
