TO RELIEVE PERSONS WHO ARE DISABLED IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR SPORT, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
