TO RELIEVE THE DISABILITY OF DEAF AND HARD OF HEARING PEOPLE WITHIN THE COUNTY OF GLOUCESTERSHIRE BY THE PROVISION OF SPIRITUAL, MATERIAL, EDUCATIONAL AND SOCIAL SUPPORT AND HELP SO AS TO ENABLE THEM TO BE FULLY INTEGRATED IN THE WIDER COMMUNITY AND TO PROMOTE THIS OBJECT BY ALL APPROPRIATE MEANS.
