OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY (1) SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SUB-CLAUSES (2) AND (3) OF THIS CLAUSE THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE THE SAME AS THE OBJECTS OF NOTTINGHAM COMMUNITY ALMSHOUSE CHARITY (214040). (2) THE PROPERTY IDENTIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE MUST BE RETAINED AS ALMSHOUSES BY THE TRUSTEE TO BE USED FOR OBJECT 4(1)(A) OF NCAC BUT SUBJECT TO SUB-CLAUSE (3) BELOW. (3) WHEN APPOINTING RESIDENTS TO THE PROPERTY IDENTIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE, THE TRUSTEE MUST GIVE PREFERENCE TO PERSONS IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER OF PRIORITY WHO ARE: (A) EITHER RESIDENT IN OR HAVE AT ANY TIME RESIDED IN THE PARISH OF DENTON; OR (B) RESIDENT IN ONE OF THE ADJOINING PARISHES OF WOOLSTHORPE-BY-BELVOIR, WYVILLE-CUM-HUNGERTON OR STROXTON, ALL IN THE COUNTY OF LINCOLNSHIRE, OR THE PARISH OF HARSTON OR THE PARISH OF CROXTON KERRIAL, BOTH IN THE COUNTY OF LEICESTERSHIRE; OR (C) RESIDENT IN EITHER THE PARISH OF HARLAXTON OR THE PARISH OF BARROWBY, BOTH IN THE COUNTY OF LINCOLNSHIRE; OR (D) RESIDENT IN THE DISTRICT OF SOUTH KESTEVEN .
