THE TRUST IS ESTABLISHED FOR THE PURPOSE OF BENEFITING SUCH CHARITY OR CHARITIES OR FURTHERING SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES IN THE TERRITORY OF THE FORMER UNION OF SOVIET SOCIALIST REPUBLICS OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE IN OR FROM THE SAID TERRITORY AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE INCLUDING BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING (A) RELIEVING POVERTY AND FINANCIAL NEED IN THE SAID TERRITORY (B) ADVANCING EDUCATION OF THE PEOPLE OF THE SAID TERRITORY
