TO HELP PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE HEALTH OF LOCAL PEOPLE BY ASSISTING WITH THE PROVISION AND FUNDING OF: (A) MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, FITTINGS AND FURNITURE; (B) TRAINING IN THE USE OF EQUIPMENT AND NEW TECHNIQUES; AND (C) OTHER MEDICAL SERVICES, FOR USE BY MEDICAL PERSONNEL BASED WITHIN THE CIVIL PARISH OF SHERE AND ADJOINING PARISHES.
