B) TO COLLECT COLLATE EXCHANGE MAKE AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC REFERENCE AND PUBLISH INFORMATION CONCERNING THE HISTORY EQUIPMENT AND OPERATION OF THE FORMER GREAT WESTERN AND OTHER RAILWAYS.
