AS 1997 "TO PROVIDE AND PROMOTE SERVICES PRIMARILY WITHIN THE VALE ROYAL DISTRICT OF CHESHIRE SPECIFICALLY AIMED TO HELP AND SUPPORT PEOPLE WITH A DISABILITY, THEIR CARERS AND FAMILIES."
