ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT,IN PARTICULAR TO RELIEVE POVERTY AMONG THOSE INHABITANTS,TO ADVANCE THEIR EDUCATION AND TO ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR EDUCATION,SOCIAL WELFARE,RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS
