TO PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE VILLAGE OF CAPEL DEWI SITUATE CARMARTHEN IN THE COUNTY OF DYFED AND ITS IMMEDIATE NEIGHBOURHOOD BY ASSOCIATING SUCH INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CODITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS
