Charitable objects

TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN SUBJECTS CONCERNED WITH WORLD PROBLEMS OF HUNGER, POVERTY, DISEASE AND IGNORANCE AND THE SOLUTIONS THEREOF, THE ECONOMIC AND OTHER PROBLEMS OF DEVELOPING COUNTRIES AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER COUNTRIES, AND THE ENVIRONMENT: PROVIDED ALWAYS, AND FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, THAT THE PURPOSES OF ALL SUCH OBJECTS ARE TO INFORM AND EDUCATE THE PUBLIC AND NOT TO CAMPAIGN FOR A PARTICULAR POLICY. (2)IN THIS CLAUSE "DEVELOPING COUNTRIES" SHALL MEAN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES AS DEFINED FROM TIME TO TIME BY THE ORGANISATION FOR ECONOMIC CO-OPERATION AND DEVELOPMENT.
