1) TO DO SUCH THINGS AS MAY BE NECESSARY AND POSSIBLE TO ENABLE THE DISABLED AND HANDICAPPED OF ALL AGES AND UNDERPRIVILEGED CHILDREN IN ALL PARTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND TO EXPERIENCE THE PLEASURE OF FLYING IN AIRCRAFT 2) TO ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT THE DISABLED AND HANDICAPPED OF ALL AGES AND UNDERPRIVILEGED CHILDREN IN ALL PARTS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM OF GREAT BRITAIN AND NORTHERN IRELAND TO ACQUIRE THE NECESSARY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS TO OPERATE THE FLYING CONTROLS OF AIRCRAFT
