THE RELIEF OF DISABLED PERSONS IN THE TANDRIDGE DISTRICT COUNCIL AREA IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS:- (A)THE INVESTIGATION OF NEED FOR HELP OF WHATEVER KIND REQUIRED BY THE DISABLED PERSONS (B) IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE WELFARE OF DISABLED PERSONS AND TO ENCOURAGE ALL ACTIVITIES BENEFICIAL TO THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELL BEING C) IMPROVING ACCESS FOR DISABLED PERSONS
