Charitable objects
(1) PROVIDING SUCH BENEFITS TO ECTON PRIMARY SCHOOL AS THE GOVERNORS OF THE SCHOOL ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE OUT OF THE SCHOOL'S BUDGET ALLOCATION OR FROM OTHER PUBLIC MONIES AVAILABLE TO THEM (2) PROMOTING THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO OR WHOSE PARENTS ARE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF ECTON AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
