A) TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF HOLLAND-ON-SEA AND NEIGHBOURHOOD IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR SOCIAL WELFARE AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION AND TO IMPROVE THIER CONDITION OF LIFE B) TO ESTABLISH A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME IN FURTHERANCE OF THE AFOREMENTIONED OBJECTS
