1.TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC CONCERNING ROAD SAFETY AND PROMOTE THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE STANDARD OF DRIVING PARTICULARLY WHERE IT IS AFFECTED BY ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION. 2.TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF PERSONS SUFFERING FROM THE EFFECTS OF ROAD CRIMES AND ANCILLARY THERETO, TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE THE HEALTH OF THE FAMILIES AND FRIENDS OR CARERS OF SUCH PERSONS
