Activities - how the charity spends its money

We raise monies primarily from two annual events - a Donkey Derby & two-day Bootfair in august, and a sponsored dip in the sea on Boxing Day-at the latter participants are invited to nominate a charity-local or national-or a good cause to whom we then send 50% of what they raise in sponsorship. We aim to spend locally what we raise.
