(2) TO TRAIN AND EDUCATE SUCH PERSONS. (3) TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IN PARTICULAR CHARITABLE PURPOSES DIRECTED TO THE BENEFIT OF PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM MENTAL DISORDER
