THE PURPOSES OF THE FRIENDS OF FELTHAM SHALL BE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF AND REHABILITATION OF PRISONERS WHO ARE FOR THE TIME BEING INMATES OF FELTHAM YOUNG OFFENDER INSTITUTION IN CONSULTATION WITH THE GOVERNORS/GOVERNING BODY, THINK FIT.
