THE RELIEF OF ELDERLY AND INFIRM PERSONS AND THOSE SUFFERING FROM MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF GREENWICH AND NEIGHBOURING BOROUGHS PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT TO PERSONS CARING FOR OR NURSING SUCH ELDERLY OR INFIRM PERSONS OR THOSE SUFFERING FROM MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS AND BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION TO SUCH CARERS. 2. THE RELIEF OF NEED AMONGST YOUNG CARERS OF ASIAN ORIGIN PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THOSE AGED BETWEEN 13 AND 19 YEARS. 3. THE RELIEF IN NEED OF YOUNG PEOPLE OF ASIAN ORIGIN PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THOSE AGED BETWEEN 13 AND 19 YEARS, BY THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT SERVICES, ADVICE, TRAINING AND DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION TO SUCH YOUNG PEOPLE OF ASIAN ORIGIN.
