A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN LLAINGOCH AND THE COMMUNITY GENERALLY IN THE SCIENCE AND PRACTICE OF HORTICULTURE, TRADITIONAL RURAL OR COUNTRY CRAFTS AND THA ARTS. B) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
