TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AND THE RELEVANT PROFESSIONS WITH REGARD TO CHILD ABUSE (INCLUDING THE EMOTIONAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM ANY FORM OF CHILDHOOD ABUSE OR NEGLECT) AND TO PROVIDE RELIEF AND SUPPORT TO SURVIVORS OF CHILDHOOD ABUSE AND THOSE AFFECTED BY SUCH PERSONS.
