Charitable objects
A) IN MAKING GRANTS TO THE LONDON SCOTTISH BENEVOLENT FUND WHEN ESTABLISHED TO ASSIST THAT FUND TO MEET ADDITIONAL CALLS ON ITS INCOME ARISING FROM ITS POWER TO ASSIST PERSONS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR BENEFIT UNDER EITHER THE SAID LONDON SCOTTISH WAR MEMORIAL FUND OR THE SAID LONDON SCOTTISH BENEVOLENT FUND B) IN MAKING GRANTS TOTALLY WITHIN THE POWERS AND OBJECTS OF THE LONDON SCOTTISH BENEVOLENT FUND BUT FOR THE ASSISTANCE OF THOSE PAST PRESENT AND FUTURE MEMBERS OF THE REGIMENT AND THEIR DEPENDENTS WHO FOR ANY REASON DO NOT QUALIFY FOR BENEFIT UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE LONDON SCOTTISH BENEVOLENT FUND WHEN ESTABLISHED C) IN MAKING GRANTS TO ANY CHARITY (WHETHER HAVING ANY CONNECTION WITH THE REGIMENT OR NOT) CONCERNED WITH SPONSORING YOUNG PEOPLE IN ANY FORM OF EDUCATION OR DEVELOPMENT BY MEANS OF ADVENTURE OR OTHER TARINING IN SELF RELIANCE AND CO-OPERATION WITH OTHERS D) IN MAKING GRANTS AND/OR LOANS TO ANY OTHER LONDON SCOTTISH REGIMENTAL CHARITY IN CASE OF NEED E) IN MAKING GRANTS FOR ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE (AS DEFINED BY LAW)
