TO PROMOTE THE ARTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC GENERALLY AND ESPECIALLY FOR THE INHABITANTS OF THE DENGIE HUNDRED AND THE VILLAGE OF TILLINGHAM IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROMOTING AN ANNUAL OR BIENNIAL ARTS FESTIVAL IN THE VILLAGE OF TILLINGHAM.
