THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS UP TO 23YRS OF AGE RESIDENT OR RECEIVING FULL TIME EDUCATION WITHIN NW1 AND ADJACENT AREAS BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO FURTHER THE EDUCATIONAL,PHYSICAL ,MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS SO THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
