SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AND MANNER AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT, PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT WITHOUT DEROGATING FROM THE GENERAL DISCRETION AFORESAID, THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THE SELECTION OF PARTICULAR CHARITABLE PURPOSES OR INSTITUTIONS TO BE BENEFITTED GIVE PREFERENCE TO SUCH OF THE SAME AS MAY IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES BE CONDUCIVE TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF ORTHODOX JUDAISM
