A) TO RELIEVE IN BRISTOL SOUTH THE CONDITION OF PHYSICALLY OR MENTALLY DISABLED PERSONS SUFFERING FROM PARAPLEGIA TETRAPLEGIA MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS OR OTHR CHRONIC AND DISABLING CONDITION OR ILLNESS BY THE PROVISION OF HOMECARE ATTENDANTS FOR SUCH PERSONS TO ASSIST THE FAMILIES OF PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CARE OF SUCH PERSONS B) AT THE DISCRETION OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE AND IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES TO PROVIDE SUCH HOME-CARE ATTENDANTS FOR SUCH DISABLED PERSONS LIVING ALONE
