TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF LATIN AMERICAN PEOPLE LIVING (OR WORKING) IN GREATER LONDON, AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS HAVING NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR DISABILITIES AND THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES
