THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS UP TO THE AGE OF 23, RESIDENT OR RECEIVING FULL TIME EDUCATION WITHIN THE LONDON NW3 AND ADJACENT AREAS, BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO FURTHER THE EDUCATIONAL, PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT OF SUCH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS SO THAT THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
